Quafe Zero is a nice enhancer that gives minor boosts to speed and scanning. Was handed out as anniversary present to all players in 2010 (?).

For the 2015 xmas Frostline event it was a Serpentis site reward, thus again increasing its availability and lowering its price. The same was the case in the Gurista Hunt event in spring 2016.
